1. The organizer of Help-Iraq.com is mainly Sesam Management Consultants, a Baghdad based service company helping foreign companies to start their business in Iraq. Sesam Management Consultants will work for Help-Iraq.com on a break-even level.
2. Sesam Management Consultants will be supported by Sesam Business Consultants, a sister company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and Meyer-Reumann Legal Consultancy, also at break-even level.
3. The donations and the activities of the organizers will be audited by the well reputed Iraqi auditor Farquad Salman of Baghdad.
